Listos Preschool and Childcare is seeking energetic, innovative, bilingual teachers and staff for a new, nonprofit, Spanish-English immersion program in Rochester, MN. Listos offers half and full day preschool as well as full-time childcare for children ages 33 months to 5 years. Our teaching philosophies reflect a child-centered, play-based approach in a high-quality, collaborative learning environment.
Open Positions:
• Lead preschool teacher: 36 hours per week
• Assistant preschool teacher: 32 hours per week
• Childcare lead teachers: 30 hours a week
• Childcare aide: 25 hours per week
• Lead preschool teacher: 20-24 hours per week
• Assistant preschool teacher: 16-20 hours per week
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet the education and experience requirements detailed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services Rule 3. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred for teachers. Background checks/fingerprints are required of all employees. Excellent communication skills required, with the ability to fluently speak and read both Spanish and English preferred.
