The annual fall MAIN Event will be held at L'Etoile du Nord French Immersion School, Lower Campus in St. Paul.
Keynote: Translanguaging in Dual Language and Immersion Classrooms
Dr. Tara W. Fortune: Immersion Teaching Specialist and Director of the Immersion Research and Professional Development Program at the Center for Advanced Research in Language Acquisition (CARLA) at the University of Minnesota.
There will be two break-out sessions to complete the morning's schedule. Additionally, we will have an optional brown-bag gathering session by grade level from 12:45 - 1:30 if you would care to stay longer! Bring your own lunch--we''ll provide the beverages!
