The Minnesota Advocates of Immersion Network has gotten into the filmmaking business. During the third week of September 2012 a video team from Voxpop Video shot footage in three metro area immersion schools - one elementary Chinese, one elementary French, and a Spanish secondary. The production team visited classrooms and interviewed administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Editing took place during early October so that the video (at right), which explains what immersion education is and why parents choose immersion for their children, would be ready later in the month.
